Previously unreleased

Adore & Abhor are celebrating five years in Second Life (congrats!) and they're having an in-store event with some designer friends. The anniversary special will run till 16 April,

Evangeline Miles of Evie's Closet has contributed the stunning Cersei gown at a known-down price of 75L. She explains the story behind this on her blog - essentially, this gown was created before the advent of mesh... and then suddenly felt out-of-date.  Evie relented though, and I'm glad she did - you can see it's a stunning gown, regardless of what she calls it's 'limitations'.

On a notecard with the gown, Evie recommends wearing an AO that works well with empire-line dresses and isn't too bendy (I tried with a kimono AO I have) and adjusting your shape by shrinking the bust rather than enlarging the sculpted top. (She adds a reminder to make a back-up copy before editing the gown.)

Cersei is only availabe at the Adore & Abhor mainstore while the event continues. It's available in green as well as the pink and blue shown here.

I added Eclectica's 'Moderno' jewelry set to the mix. I've been eye-ing this for some time and finally took the plunge! The set includes two necklaces, earrings, bracelet and ring, all texture change scripted to give you "almost infinite possibilities".  The design is Art Deco-inspired, but it works really well with fantasy gowns. You can find a demo set at the Eclectica mainstore.
